Green Copper Turquoise & Peridot, Sterling Silver Pendant
$70.00
Green Copper Turquoise is made by utilizing the remnants which remain after Turquoise is mined and cut; the small chunks are not suitable for focal pieces, so they are crushed and stabilizers added, along with special brilliant dyes, in this instance Apple Green, to create a durable and stunning Turquoise keepsake.
The copper matrix of the Mother stone can be seen tracing through this pendant and gives it additional impact as a statement piece.
Sparkling Peridot is a natural accompaniment to the Green Copper Turquoise and provides a little extra elegance.
You may purchase an 18" Sterling Silver Chain for this pendant for an additional 24.95; please note it does not come with a chain!
LORE: Why You Would Wear This Stone
Turquoise is one of the oldest protection stones.
Known for its strength, protection from harm, psychic sensitivity and connection to the spirit world. If you're given a turquoise by a loving friend, that stone would protect the wearer from negative energy and bring good fortune. The turquoise is the symbol of friendship. It also brings peace to the home. It strengthens marital fidelity and makes one emotionally stable.
For the most part, Peridot is a rather rare gemstone. While it is not as valuable or as pricey as many other gemstones, it is usually difficult to mine and cultivate. These gemstones are commonly called “evening emerald” and it’s been mined as a gemstone for thousands of years, is even mentioned in the Bible under the name of Chrysolite.
Peridot is the gem of spirit and expression. It is thought to bring the wearer good luck, peace, and success. Its powers include health, protection, and sleep. The advantages of peridot are to attract love and calm anger while also soothing nerves and preventing negative emotions.
